  • How do I register?

    There are two routes to getting started with us. You will need to use the Dash app to access your account in the future.
    The first way is to register on the website -dash.gts.ai. The second way is to install our Dash smartphone app.
    To sign up as a new user (create a new account), you may follow the instructions given below:
        Step 1 : Go to GTS website
        Step 2 : Click on sign up button
        Step 3 : Enter your full name
        Step 4 : Enter your email address
        Step 5 : Enter your country
        Step 6 : Enter your password and confirm password
        Step 7 : Apply Terms and Conditions
        Step 8 : Click on sign up button
    If all the details given by you are correct then your account will be created.
    Note : After the account is created, you will have to verify your mobile number.
        Step 1 : Click on update profile
        Step 2 : Enter your mobile number
        Step 3 : Click on verify button
        Step 4 : An OTP will be sent on your number
        Step 5 : Enter the OTP
    After this your number will be verified, now you can see our projects and other features.

  • Can I work for DASH only from the US and Germany?

    Freelancers can work from many different countries, although registration for certain countries may be temporarily disabled.

  • Can I work for DASH while I am away from my home country?

    Yes, but logging in from a country other than your registered home country may flag your account as suspicious.

  • What should I do if my account has been suspended immediately after I registered?

    New accounts may be temporarily suspended as part of a routine check. If this happens, don't panic. More details on how to handle this situation can be found on the DASH support page.

  • Can I view DASH’s general business terms before I register?

    Yes, the general business terms and the data protection terms can be viewed on the DASH website.

  • What does "Registration for your home country is not available at the moment" mean?

    This message means that you cannot register with DASH for the time being due to temporary registration restrictions for certain countries.

  • How do I get my username and password?

    You can choose an individual username and password during the registration process.

  • What should I do if I haven't received my activation email?

    If you haven't received your activation email, please check your spam folder or contact DASH support for further assistance.

  • Which URL can I use to sign in to DASH?

    You can either use a direct link to the DASH Workplace or sign in via the login area at the upper right corner of the DASH website.

  • Can I reactivate my account if I've canceled it?

    Accounts can only be reactivated within 40 days after deactivation. After this period, the personal data associated with the account is permanently deleted.

Invoices are issued at the end of the month for the results rendered until then, and will be sent to you by mail or email.
